As the CEO and Co-founder of the Australian charity ‘Soldier On’, I have been lucky enough to work closely with Victoria in her role as the Expedition Manager for the Walking With The Wounded South Pole Allied Challenge Expedition. Victoria is an incredibly talented and focused individual who with her boundless energy, approachability and professionalism brings ideas that are bigger than life to reality.

Her passion for getting things perfect, and working through every small detail resulted in the safest and most successful event that WWTW have ever run. Although we were a small part of the expedition Victoria always ensured that we had all the support that we needed. I can vouch that the two wounded that represented Australia and Soldier On cannot have higher praise for her. Her ability to get work done is phenomenal, I have never seen such a response time on emails and action items, many at all hours.

In short if there is something that needs doing then Victoria gets it done in a friendly and professionally way. Victoria’s incredibly friendly persona allows for groups and individuals to work with her in a comfortable and efficient environment. I cannot recommend Victoria enough, her dedication to perfection and approach to life made it a real pleasure to work with her. I only wish that we had somebody of her caliber in Australia, because if there were I would employ them in an instant.
